Welcome to the terms and conditions for services provided by Sudha Shastri. By engaging with our services, you are agreeing to comply with the terms outlined here. This document serves as a comprehensive guideline for the professional relationship and engagements that occur as part of the services offered. Please read carefully to fully understand your rights, obligations, and the nature of our services.
Scope and Nature of Services.
The services rendered by Sudha Shastri encompass relationship counseling, personal guidance, and spiritual consultation, all of which are aimed at providing insight and direction. These services are rooted in interpretative practices and are meant to be supplementary in nature, complementing personal growth and self-discovery.
It is crucial to understand that the guidance offered is interpretive and subjective, meaning it should not be construed as absolute advice or a guaranteed solution to life’s complex scenarios. The effectiveness of the services varies based on individual circumstances and personal engagement with the process.
Use of Information and Guidance.
Any information, insights, or guidance provided during sessions are intended solely for the client's personal use. They are designed to assist in personal development and relational improvement. It is the client's responsibility to consider and interpret this guidance in the context of their own life.
Clients are advised to seek professional advice in areas such as legal, medical, financial, or psychological matters where specialized expertise is required, as the services offered by Sudha Shastri are not a substitute for professional consultation in these domains.
At times, Sudha Shastri may provide suggestions for worship, rituals, or specific processes to be performed by other professionals, such as Pandits, Acharyas, or similar practitioners. Please note that these recommendations are offered as potential options and are not mandates or requirements.
By choosing to proceed with any worship or ritual process recommended by Sudha Shastri, you acknowledge and agree that:
-
You are acting on your own free will and discretion.
-
Sudha Shastri is not responsible for the execution, outcomes, or any aspect of the process carried out by the suggested professional.
-
Sudha Shastri does not assume any liability for the results or experiences related to these external services.
We emphasize that all decisions to engage in such processes are entirely voluntary and should be made after careful consideration. Sudha Shastri does not impose or force any individual to undertake these rituals or practices.
Confidentiality and Data Privacy.
Sudha Shastri is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client interactions. Personal information shared during sessions is held in strict confidence and will not be disclosed to any third party without explicit consent from the client, except where required by law.
While every effort is made to ensure the privacy of personal information, clients are advised to exercise their discretion in sharing sensitive information. The confidentiality policy extends to the storage and handling of any information obtained during the course of our services.
Payment Terms and Financial Transactions.
Fees for services must be settled prior to the commencement of any session or series of sessions. This practice ensures that all engagements are carried out without interruptions or administrative delays.
Payments made for services, including but not limited to relationship counseling sessions and spiritual guidance, are generally non-refundable. This policy is designed to ensure a fair and efficient allocation of time and resources for all clients.
In situations where the client has opted for services that involve the provision of materials for spiritual practices (such as worship or yagya), the financial responsibility is limited to the actual use of these materials. If, for any reason, a client chooses to discontinue the process before its completion, the responsibility for the unused portion of the materials is solely based on the remaining value.
For instance, if a client engages in a service that includes materials for a ten-day process and chooses to discontinue after seven days, the responsibility of Sudha Shastri extends only to the value of the unused materials for the remaining three days. In this case, clients are expected to understand that the allocation of materials and associated costs are managed on a prorated basis, where applicable, and any further claims post-discontinuation are not entertained.
It is important to note that the nature of spiritual and counseling services requires a commitment to the process. Therefore, any interruption or early termination by the client does not entitle them to a refund of fees already utilized for materials or services rendered.
Payment and Refund Policy.
Consultation Charges: Fees paid for consultation sessions, including relationship guidance and spiritual counseling, are non-refundable. These sessions involve the allocation of time, expertise, and resources, which are expended once the service is provided.
Kundali Making Charges: The creation and analysis of Kundalis (birth charts) require significant time and detailed work. Therefore, charges for Kundali making and interpretation are non-refundable after the service has been rendered.
Completed Worship, Yagya, and Puja Processes: Any worship, yagya, or puja processes that have been fully completed are not eligible for a refund. The nature of these services involves the use of materials, time, and ritual practices, which once performed, cannot be undone or returned.
However, for ongoing worship or yagya processes that are discontinued before their completion, only the unused materials for the remaining portion are eligible for reimbursement. This reimbursement is processed within 14 working days, based on the value of the unused materials at the time of discontinuation. In instances where a client decides to discontinue a worship or yagya process before its completion, Sudha Shastri is responsible for refunding the value of any unused materials. The refund amount is calculated based on the remaining portion of the service, and this amount will be processed in a timely manner.
If the client engages in a service involving materials for spiritual practices (e.g., worship or yagya), and chooses to discontinue the process before its completion, the responsibility extends only to the unused portion of the materials. For example, if a client pays for a ten-day process but discontinues after seven days, Sudha Shastri is responsible only for the value of the unused materials for the remaining three days.
Refund Processing Time: Once the decision to discontinue the process is confirmed and the value of the unused materials is determined, the refund will be processed within 14 working days. The amount will be credited back to the client’s original payment method or account.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed upon. Clients will receive a confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
Conditions for Refund: Please note that the refund applies only to the unused portion of the worship or yagya materials. Services already rendered or materials already utilized during the process are non-refundable.
This process ensures that clients receive a fair refund for any unused materials in a manner that is efficient and respectful of their financial commitment. Should you have any questions regarding the refund process, please contact us at querysudhashastri@gmail.com
