Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all astrology consultations and Vedic ritual services provided by Astrologer Sudha Shastri. Our policy is designed to be fair to both clients and the service provider, acknowledging the time, effort, and resources invested in preparing for each session or ritual.  

 

Cancellation Policy

Consultation Cancellation:  

• Clients can cancel an astrology consultation up to [24 hours] before the scheduled appointment time.

• Cancellations must be made via [specify method – phone/email/website]. If a cancellation is made after the specified timeframe, a [ 50%] cancellation fee will apply.

Ritual Cancellation:  

• Due to the nature of ritual preparations, cancellations must be made at least [48 hours] before the scheduled ritual.

• Late cancellations will incur a cancellation fee that covers the cost of materials and preparation efforts. This fee will be [50%].

 

Rescheduling

• Clients may reschedule an appointment or ritual without any additional charge if done within the specified cancellation period.

• Rescheduling requests made past the cancellation period may be subject to a rescheduling fee.

 

Refund Policy

 

Consultation Refunds:

• Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made within the stipulated timeframe.

• If a cancellation occurs after the timeframe, the refund will be subject to the deduction of the cancellation fee.

• No refunds are available once a consultation session has commenced.

 

Ritual Refunds:  

• Full or partial refunds for ritual services will be considered based on the timing of cancellation and the expenses already incurred.

• Once a ritual has begun, no refunds will be provided.

 

Non-refundable Items

• Consultation fees, once the session has begun.

• Costs associated with the procurement of ritual materials after preparations have commenced.

• Cancellation fees as per the stipulated policy.

 

Processing of Refunds

• Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.

• Please allow [7-14 business days] for the processing of refunds.

 

Exceptions

• Exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis, particularly in extenuating circumstances. Such requests should be submitted in writing and will be reviewed by Sudha Shastri.

 

Agreement

• By booking a consultation or ritual service, clients agree to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.

• It is the responsibility of the client to be aware of these terms at the time of booking.

 

Changes to the Policy

• Sudha Shastri reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
